Recently the Cub Scouts decided and 토토먹튀검증 to join this century and add a video game badge. Old curmudgeons and video game cynics all around the world complained. This likely resulted in a resounding celebration from the children though, you know, the ones that actually have to wear those ridiculous outfits and participate in these activities. I’m sure the people that criticized the video game badge thought their child would be required to sit and play Halo for seven hours a day because they didn’t bother to read the rules before complaining about it. So how does a Cub Scout achieve this feat?
- First, a Cub Scout must meet the three requirements to receive their belt loops. The first requirement is that the child must explain why it is important to have a rating system for video games.
- The second requirement is that the child must make a schedule that includes doing chores, homework, and video game time. The child then must try and stick to the schedule as much as possible.
- The third requirement is to play a new video game that is approved by an adult.
A lot of adults will criticize the addition of a video game badge to the Cub Scouts because they think video games are silly little toys. Let’s face it though, your child is probably going to play video games and the first two steps to getting a belt loop in the Cub Scout programs are steps that every child should take. Most of them don’t because the same parents that are wasting time complaining about the video game badge don’t have time to teach these things to their kids. Maybe instead of complaining about how silly the video game badge is, they should complain about the Cub Scouts doing their job for them.
After acquiring the three belt loops the next thing a child must do is teach adults how to play their video games. This could be the tricky part. A lot of the parents complaining about video games are really just jealous of two things. First, they didn’t have anything as cool when they were kids. Second, they have no clue how to play a video game console. They’re still trying to find out that BookFace thing. “This is nothing like a pet rock,” your parent will probably say. Or “I’m afraid this thing will break when I push it down the stairs like a slinky.” Fortunately, there are more and more parents from the video game age every year. Thank you, gamer parents.
Next, the child must compare the prices of video games and make a decision on which game is the better buy. This is opposed to how it usually works. A child asks for a game. A parent gives it to them. How dare these kids to learn how to shop for the cheapest product! The Cub Scouts are destroying the economy! If I ever meet the Cub Scouts on the street then I am going to dropkick them back into the forest where they belong. Don’t mind me though, I play evil video games so I’m violent and stuff.
